Alicia’s Review:

The book starts out with our lead character Kendall Jones as a high school senior just on the verge of graduating at her new school. She has only been living in a new town for 6 weeks when tragedy strikes. Her ex-boyfriend has done the unthinkable. We then fast forward 8 years and Kendall has graduated from college, moved to New York, and has started to work as a writer for a magazine.

Tristan Price is a super smoking hot, rich, billionaire with many secrets. He comes to Kendall’s rescue one day and the romance begins. The attraction between them is instant and intense. Little does Kendall know Tristan is the guardian angel that has been keeping an eye on her for the last 8 years.

I really loved Cassie, Kendall’s best friend. I hope she gets her own book or a spin off series. Things get really crazy when Kendall’s ex Brett gets out of prison-even more secrets come out. I like when things shock me and I didn’t see this coming at all! I can’t wait to read more of Cassy’s writing!
