Review: #HATER

Kristen’s Review: “Haters gonna hate.” Book two in the Hashtag Series by Cambria Hebert is another winner! #HATER picks up where #NERD ended. Gosh I just loved #NERD so dang much I could not wait to read book two, and now I can hardly wait to get my hands on book three. Be sure to pick up #NERD before reading #HATER. I promise you will love it! Returning from Christmas break Romeo and Rim are still going strong. However, Zach is back for revenge and he plans to use what he perceives as Romeos’ greatest weakness, Rimmel. Alpha Buzz Feed  is still fueling the Alpha U students need for drama… Read more »

Review of #NERD

Review of #NERD

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book! It has been awhile since I have enjoyed reading a new adult romance so much! #NERD is the first book I have read by Cambria Hebert and I am excited to check out her other works. Rimmel is well…a #NERD. She is super shy, smart and keeps to herself at Alpha U. She prefers animals over humans and is studying to become a veterinarian. She is told that she must tutor someone to keep her academic scholarship. And that someone turns out to be the most popular fella at school, Roman aka “Romeo”.  Romeo is the “man” around campus, you know star football player… Read more »

Review of Bright Side by Kim Holden

Review of Bright Side by Kim Holden

Kristina’s Review: Lets play a game, shall we?   Its called: Lets make Kristina’s heart shred into millions of pieces. Let us gather, and stomp on her emotions until she’s laughing while she’s crying, and crying during all the happy moments, as well as, the sad.   I was on such a roller coaster, that I seriously had to question whether I was pregnant. Why you ask? The last time I was this emotional over reading anything, it was an easter card I got from my Nana three years ago. I was in the uncontrollable emotions stage of pregnancy. I just happened to be crying over how beautiful her handwriting… Read more »

Song Chaser Blog Tour

Song Chaser Blog Tour

Kristina’s Review: If my review for Tag Chaser is any indication of how much I adore our girl Paisley then I can not begin to touch how much I am in LOVE with Tanner West. This series can be read as standalones, but I don’t suggest it. I adored poor Tanner in Tag Chaser. While I was bonding, and braiding hair with Paisley my heart was breaking for Tanner. I prayed really hard for Tanner to have his own HEA. Obviously Jesus loves me, because Kandi answered my selfish prayers. She did not disappoint in Song Chaser. We meet Tanner attempting to mend his broken heart, when he meets Kellee…. Read more »

Review: London Falling

Review: London Falling

Kristen’s Review: Book #2 in the International School Series, London Falling, picks up right where book #1 ended. Thank god for that! I have been dying to see how Maggie and Samir’s steamy night would play out once they all returned back to school! Though this is the second book in the series I believe it could be read without reading first if you must, but I highly recommend checking out book #1 I See London first! It’s full of sexual tension and so much angst I could not put it down. “We were living on borrowed time-of course we had been all along.” Be still my heart. Samir’s character… Read more »

Review & Giveaway of Boomerang by Noelle August

Review & Giveaway of Boomerang by Noelle August

Kristen’s Review: “I want someone who just wants me, without question. And I want to want him back. And just go for it.” It seems like forever since I have read a New Adult book that I absolutely adored. Boomerang by Noelle August was the perfect blend of angst, romance and comedy. I loved that the story read more like a romantic comedy than the usual dramatized New Adult reads of late. The opening scenes of this story were fun and witty and I found myself chuckling at their antics. Aspiring film maker Mia Galliano and soccer start Ethan Vance wake up after what is thought to be a one… Read more »

Review of Better When He’s Bad by Jay Crownover

Review of Better When He’s Bad by Jay Crownover

Kristen’s Review: ”You don’t need anyone to show you how to be good, you’re so much better when you’re bad.”  It took me a few chapters to really start connecting with the story. But once I did I could not put it down. I have enjoyed every book that I have read by Jay Crownover and Better When He’s Bad did not disappoint. Not your typical romance book…. The Hero in this story “Bax” is bad. He is a criminal and has just been released from a 5 year stint in prison. He is out looking for answers as to why it seems he may have been framed by his… Read more »

Alicia’s Review of Parts 1-3: Part 1: I don’t even know where to start with this review. I read a lot of books, I mean a lot! This by far was one of the craziest books I’ve ever read!  I was confused at times because there was just so many things going on. Firstly, Faren Mitchell learns some terrible news, she’s a physical therapist by day and a lap rider by night, she gets hit by a motorcycle, said motorcyclist is an extremely rich billionaire Mick McKenna who falls in love with Faren, Faren is keeping the secret that she is an exotic dancer from Mick even though it’s Mick’s… Read more »

Room 212 Blog Tour

Room 212 Blog Tour

Kristen’s Review: “Only a few people in this world get a chance to spend their life with their first love.” This story was fantastic! Second chance romances are one of my favorite types of books and I found myself connecting to this story from the beginning. I could not put it down. Room 212 follows the story of Laura, a young women who is a party girl and non conformist. Skipping out on college she is living it up on the Dallas party scene. After nasty incident with her boyfriend, Laura finds herself in a park where she meets Seth. They way these two meet is absolutely hilarious! Seth is… Read more »
